Strategy MAPPING® (for leadership teams)
This two-day planning experience aligns the senior team and leaves it with a detailed Strategy Execution Plan. Leading Strategy Execution SEMINAR®
MKB is the sole provider of Leading Strategy Execution®, the powerful two-day seminar that enables leaders to create an “executable strategy” and to design the “strategy-capable” organization. Based on our book by the same title, this learning experience is regularly described as “the best learning experience I’ve ever had in a business setting.” This seminar epitomizes the term “strategic thinking.”
Strategy COACHING® (for individuals)
Most leaders, even high-potentials, often benefit from one-to-one support in creating an executable strategy and building a team to support execution. We coach those leaders to get the results their organizations demand of them while nurturing an organization that attracts and develops talent.
ORGANIZATION DESIGN: Strategy execution requires fitting organization design to the strategy. We help senior leaders assess the fit of all aspects of organization design—organizational structure, processes, reward systems, people processes—with the strategy. The process build an execution plan AND an aligned senior team.
